If you are submitting a request form that requires a fee, please bring your form or application to the Bursar's office for payment, if submitting in person. Picture ID is required. If you are mailing your request or application, please make check or money order payable to CSUSB. Or you may pay for fees over CashNet, print a copy of your receipt, attach it to the form, then mail to RRE.
